Exchanges & returns

Propane bottles in the small cylinder range are exchanged within that range. When you order a refill you can return an empty 11kg, 6kg, 4.7kg or 3.9kg propane bottle from an accepted brand. Leisure Gas, Gaslight and large cylinders do not count as a like-for-like exchange, and a new cylinder charge would apply. Call us to talk through the options.
